Free delivery on orders over €90 in France, €150 in the EU and €250 outside the EU

Handmade pieces are produced after the order is placed and shipped within 3 days.

Delivery times to France vary according to the delivery method chosen:
- Registered letter: 48 to 72 hours
- Colissimo: 24h to 48h


Internationally, you'll receive it within 3 to 15 working days .

Please note that you may be required to pay customs fees or taxes upon receipt of your order. Éphémère cannot be held responsible for costs incurred when importing items into your country.

You can return your jewel. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. All returns must be notified in advance, specifying the order number and the reason for return. Please contact us by e-mail at : EphemereStudio@outlook.com

 

Make sure you are aware of the following deadlines before returning an item.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges of earrings for hygiene reasons.
  • Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale items, gift cards and one-offs are not.
  • Any item already worn and damaged will not be returned or exchanged. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • You have until 7days to return your item from the day you receive your order. If more than 7 days have elapsed since delivery, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund.
  • Please return your item to me in its original, unworn packaging and condition. Please note that the product must be in perfect condition and that the original labels must be included. Please also note that I cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit.
  • You are responsible for shipping costs related to the return of your item. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
  • As soon as I have received the item for return and inspected it, we will send you an e-mail to let you know that we have received the returned item. We'll also let you know if your refund is approved or declined.
  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.
  • In the event of loss or damage to the returned parcel, we will not be able to refund the order and the purchaser will have to make a claim directly with the carrier.
Change of mind:

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges if you change your mind about a product.
